"Discover Cape Town's Highlights with our Full-Day (6-8h) Guided Motorcycle Tour! The day begins at 8:30am our RETZA Cafe, where you will enjoy a welcome coffee before receiving your motorbike for the tour and meeting your tour guide for the day. After familiarising yourself with your bike and discussing the route and your points of interest with your guide, your adventure begins! You will start with a beautiful ride through the leafy Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, before arriving in the historical town of Muizenberg with stunning ocean views of False Bay. From there, you will ride along the coast through the charming fishing towns of Fishhoek, St. James and Kalk Bay. You will then pass through Simonstown, a South African Naval town, where you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Penguins at Boulders Beach. After this unique stop, you will continue your ride towards Cape Point, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. Indulge in local South African cuisine during lunch before continuing up the world-famous scenic Chapmans Peak drive, which offers breathtaking views of Hout Bay and is definitely worth a few photos. The day ends with a beautiful cruise along Cape Town's coastline leading you through Camps Bay and the V&A Waterfront back to our our RETZA base in Salt River, where we will leave you with unforgettable memories of South Africa's beauty. Should you have already explored the Cape Peninsula on your own, we are happy to modify the route and offer you a full day experience either in the Franschhoek Wine Region, on the West coast or a multi-mountain pass route.

This tour is always a private tour and a very unique way to experience the fantastic Vineyards and sights of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. During the day we will visit 3 to 4 wine estates, depending on your time and pace. With our 4x4 vehicle we will drive off road up into the vineyards to beautiful vantage points over the Franschhoek, Banghoek and Stellenbosch Valleys respectively. Here you will learn about the area, vines in the vineyard and the history of these settlements before going down to the cellars for a tasting. Departure time between 9:00 and 9:30. We collect in Stellenbosch for this tour. Tour will end at approximately 17:00 As this is a private tour, you can decide where you would like to have lunch (own account), in the town of Franschhoek or Stellenbosch, or on one of the many wine estates in the region. For those with a limited schedule, this full-day tour is a combination of Cape Point and the Winelands. We start off the day travelling around the Peninsula and then make our way through to the world – famous Stellenbosch wine region in the afternoon. We are visiting Cape of Good hope nature reserve, Cape Point and Boulders beach for penguin viewing and ending the day with tasty wine tastings.

The Coastal Scenic tour is a fantastic day tour to experience one of the most beautiful stretches of the coastline in South Africa combined with an abundance of Fynbos, scenic views of sea and mountain passes. Scenic Clarence drive to Betty’s Bay, walk through the Penguin Colony at Stony Point, visit the Harold Porter Botanical garden- for a 1-hour guided walk through the garden to the Disa Kloof waterfall and end the day with a wine tasting in Franschhoek.

Start with a morning marine encounter as our skipper introduces you to Table Bay's wildlife during a 1.5h boat cruise and discover the winelands with your expert guide. Enjoy a wine tasting at an award-winning wine farm, accompanied by a cheese assortment and a unique ride on the Franschhoek tram.    Stellenbosch We head to the Stellenbosch winelands, only 45 minutes out of the city of Cape Town, which offers breathtaking sceneries that are entirely different to the Cape Peninsula. You will discover distinct grape varieties that grow in the area such as Shiraz, Chenin Blanc and the uniquely South African Pinotage. You will also learn about the Méthode Cap Classique developed in the area, that emulates and rivals the very best French champagnes. Stellenbosch is a small but vibrant town with a well-known university and various activities such a wine cellar tours and tastings, museums, galleries and strawberry picking. You will have the opportunity to purchase wines to take back home to enjoy the region's divine vintages after your visit. Tantalize your taste buds and brush up on your wine knowledge on our E-bike Winelands Tour. Enjoy two wine tastings at award-winning wine farms, a cellar visit and a wonderful and easy ride in the vines. After a short safety briefing, you will start riding your e-bike in the trails surrounding the property’s vines. Hills and small valleys will lead you to your first wine tasting of 3 or 4 different wines from the first estate. You will then ride up to the top of the hill to enjoy the fresh air and the view over the beautiful landscape. Enjoy a fine lunch (included) and visit the cellar of the second wine farm before you finish the tour with a last wine tasting of this new property. You will then be driven back at your hotel.

Our first visit takes us to Mooiplaas, a historic and traditional working wine estate, owned and managed by the Roos Family who are celebrating over 50 years on the farm. The history of the farm dates back to 1806, with the Manor House on the estate (a national monument -a rare example of Cape Dutch architecture). The estate covers an area of 243 hectares, of which approximately 100 hectares are planted with vineyards and 60 hectares are dedicated to the Mooiplaas Private Nature Reserve, with breathtaking 360-degree views of Table Mountain, the Cape Peninsula, Stellenbosch, the Swartland, Table Bay and False Bay. Guided all the way to the top, you’ll get to learn about the unique terroir, the vineyards practices as well as the variety of Fynbos and Renosterbos species in the reserve. (There are a wider variety of these species in the Western Cape than all the plant species in the Northern Hemisphere!). Once done with the morning hike, you’ll make your way back to the tasting room to indulge in a selection of their top award winning wines. Next we make our way to Hartenberg, here you’ll indulge in their range of exquisite wines whilst enjoying a 2 course lunch served under the majestic oaks that surround their tasting room terrace (in winter it would be next to a roaring fire). They are proud members of Biodiversity and Wine (BWI) and Integrated Production of Wine (IPW), and the estate is home to plentiful wildlife and over 120 species of birds – inspiring them to combine the best of nature with fine wine. Your guide will take you on a boardwalk meander after lunch exploring the natural wetlands. Lastly we’ll make our way to Villiera, 3rd Generation of the Grier family on the estate has seen the modest beginnings transform to an award winning and industry leader, not just in quality wine, but also with social responsibility, environmental awareness and conservation. You’ll get to learn about all of these during your wine tasting and as you embark on a two hour game drive, a number of mammals have been introduced in the Wildlife Sanctuary: Springbuck, Kudu, Giraffe, Bontebok, Eland, Gemsbok, Black Wildebeest, Bush Pig, Burchell's Zebra, common Duiker, Steenbuck and Grysbok. After having seen amazing landscapes, tasting plenty of wines, and most of all experienced the real culture of SA wine!, you will be dropped off at your accommodation by your Wine Lord. * Itinerary is subject to the wine estates’ availability on the day.
