Booking & Payment ∙ Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. ∙ Full payment is required 24 hours ahead of booking. ∙ Payments are non-refundable, booking may be rescheduled if notice is given atleast 48 hours in advance. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling ∙ Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will forfeit the full payment. ∙ Tours may be rescheduled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. 3. Participant Requirements ∙ All participants should be physically able to complete the tour, which involves walking along a mile-long route. Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking are recommended. 4.
