I acknowledge and accept the following terms & conditions, related to the Hovercraft activity: The number and placement of passengers on the Hovercraft is dependent on total weight distribution. Placement is decided at the sole discretion of the pilot. Once placed, passengers should not move around. You will be required to sign our indemnity upon arrival. Activities are at own risk. Bon Game Reserve can`t be held responsible for any loss of life or injury. You acknowledge and accept the following terms & conditions, related to the Hovercraft activity: The number and placement of passengers on the Hovercraft is dependent on total weight distribution. Placement is decided at the sole discretion of the pilot. Once placed, passengers should not move around. Children under 1.3m are not allowed on the Hovercraft. The decision in terms of a child’s eligibility to participate, is at the sole discretion of the pilot, who will consider all risk factors. All children must be under the supervision of an adult Parent/Guardian. No loose objects allowed onto the Hovercraft. Loose objects can distract the pilot, fall in the water, or become a hazard for the fan. There is a risk of water damage to electronic items, as there is water spray. Hair should be tied and no loose clothing or accessories. Long hair, straps, or loose objects should they come in contact with the lift fan, can cause serious injury or death. PETS No pets (dogs, cats, or any other) may be brought onto Bon Game Reserve. Guide dogs for visually impaired guests are an exception, but only in consultation with management and if the owner has the necessary inoculations and permits as ordained by the state veterinary department. WILDLIFE / FLORA & FAUNA The feeding or intentional disturbance of wildlife is a serious offence. By feeding any wildlife you are potentially signing their death warrant, as they may become dependent and often become aggressive and dangerous, and thus have to be exterminated. Remember, animals see litter as food! No plant, animal, wildlife or any natural or cultural items may be removed from Bon Game Reserve without permission. To cut, damage, destroy or be in possession of any plant or part thereof, including dry wood or firewood is a serious offence. Importing of any specimen of an alien or listed invasive species onto Bon Game Reserve is prohibited. Poaching, killing or injuring of animals is strictly prohibited. SAFETY Please wait for the main reserve gate to close behind you once you passed through. We want to keep you and the wildlife safe. Adult supervision required at all times, no children allowed unsupervised. Please do not tamper or damage Play Area equipment. We have multiple bodies of water, drains, caves and natural holes around Bon Game Reserve. Please do not leave children unattended. For safety reasons some activities conducted at Bon Game Reserve have age or height restrictions. All firearms/dangerous weapons of any sort, any explosive, trap or poison must be declared upon entry, and firearms will then be kept in the reception safe. Please do not wander off on your own, there are nature walks available. Bon Game Reserve can`t be held responsible for lost or stolen goods. This is a nature reserve, please be cautious of snakes and other wild animals. The use of drones inside (and over) our reserve is strictly prohibited. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. No hot ash in dustbins please. Starting or causing of any fire, whether it be intentional or unintentional other than in a fireplace or container purposely made available is strictly prohibited and will result in a summons being issued. Smoking; strictly no smoking in any of our buildings nor in any field. This is a red fire zone. Please make use of designated smoking areas and ashtrays. Bon Game Reserve has a strict “No-littering” policy. Property is under 24 hour surveillance and on-site security personnel in the evenings. RIGHTS IN MATERIAL All copyright and other rights (including all intellectual property rights) in materials provided to you during or for the purposes of any of our Events (including, without limitation, course notes, slides, brochures, articles or case studies) are the property of Bon Game Reserve.

All pre-booked outdoor activities are determined by weather conditions and is always at the discretion of Bon Game Management. Any trip may be shortened, or cancelled at short notice, due to conditions, which may pose a risk to guests.
