Taste local with our Picnic in a Basket to share: Our ingredients are mostly sourced from passionate owner run businesses in the Deep South of Cape Town. Our mission is to give you a taste of the area in a no frills, unfussy let the ingredients shine. Components and packaging are all about getting to enjoy your lunch anywhere on the Peninsula, we're thinking mountain top, secluded beach or even the busiest of tourism hotspots. You could even take it back to your accommodation to enjoy there. We're versatile like that.  Gourmet Picnic Basket: Main: Home made sundried tomato pesto and couscous salad with mediterranean roasted vegetables. Artisanal Sandwich with freshly baked bread of your choice (options include, sourdough, ciabatta, 100% rye, gluten free) Combinations include but are not limited to: Buffalo mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes, rocket and pesto mayo Chicken breast fillet, avocado and sriracha mayo Salmon, cream cheese and avo Dessert: Fruit Kebabs or Salad A Petit Four Selection Selection of snacks: Trail mix, biltong and marinated olives Drinks: Local Sparkling Apple or Pear Juice Bottled Water A snack selection:  Trail mix, Game biltong, Cheese Straws and Marinated Olives Wine can be added at an additional rate. please note, no alcohol is permitted within any national parks. Welcome to Ceres Zipslide Adventures! We offer the best Zipline Tour in Africa. Come and experience this 1,4km of pure adrenalin Eco Adventure, consisting of 8 slides varying from 100-290m in length. This Eco-Adventure is safe, fast and long. The tour takes place in the Schurweberg Mountains below the Koekedouw Dam in Ceres. The Zipslide Tour is the ideal breakaway for your company’s team building or year-end function. A load of family fun and an ideal activity for an awesome bachelors or birthday party. SAFETY We pride ourselves on our safety due to the quality of our installations, the equipment that we use and our professional guides. Furthermore, there are strict criteria set by the Insurance Companies which we have to abide by. We are also one of the only companies in the world to have our own patented zip line braking systems. “Foefie Brake©” & “Foefie Stop©”. *Note that under no circumstances patrons are allowed to handle any equipment. HOW LONG DOES THE TOUR TAKE? The average group size of 8 people takes about 1hour to 1hour 30 min. Note that this might vary due to factors such as: When accommodating very large groups 50+ people. The number of children in the group. The number of parents and children sliding in Tandem. Persons in the group with a fear of heights. When raining it takes time to dry the rain suits. Zipliners are transported from our offices into the mountain with our “Zipline taxi/bus” It is a short (5km) drive down the main road and through suburban Ceres and then up into the mountain. The bus will then transport you back to our office upon completion of the Zipline Tour.

Here we chose sharing plates of deliciousness from the Peninsula and surrounds with a very strong emphasis on locally sourced and produced. The 10Pack are 10 surf lessons of an hour and a half each, suitable for private lessons and groups. Surfing require a lot of practice and technique. Through the 10Pack you'll be able to progress during each lesson, work on your paddle fitness, pop-up technique, breath control, paddling out to backline, catching open face waves and overall improve your surfing. If you've had a few lessons before, we will assess your current surf ability at the beginning of the surf lesson and coach you to progress and what to focus on. Lastly, this lesson will include a lot of FUN! The best is to leave any valuables at your accommodation. There is the option to leave your phone, car keys or small bags with above mentioned items in the Surf Life vehicle, but this will be at your own risk and Surf Life Surf School PTY Ltd won't be held liable for any damages or losses.

Have a Go is an hour and a half private surf package that offer exclusive coaching for you and /or your family and friends up to three people per group. You'll gain a wider understanding regarding surfing in this surf lesson. We will start you off with an overview of your surfboard and how to handle the surfboard in and out of the ocean. Secondly focus on teaching you a winning pop-up technique that has helped hundreds of students catch their first wave! - Reading of waves: Where and when to catch waves will expand your knowledge to give you the confidence to catch your own waves. - Surf safety. - Steering left and right on a wave. - Eskimo / Turtle roll to get through waves and more. If you've had a few lessons before, we will assess your current surf ability at the beginning of the surf lesson and coach you to progress and what to focus on. Renting a surfboard is a great way to practice what you learnt from your surf instructor during the lessons. We hire out shortboards, minimals and longboards. Rental requirements: - You need to be able to swim. - Rentals will be issued to children age 7 years and older with parents present. - Have had surf lessons before hiring a surfboard. - Bring along driver's licence or ID card. This will be returned to you once a surfboard inspection has been done. The person(s) hiring the surfboard(s) will be held liable for any damages and will need to cover all costs for damaged surfboards. Rentals of surfboards will be weather and sea condition dependent. If we assess that it's not safe to paddle out, you'll be informed via email.
