CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS AND FINAL NUMBERS: We require a mobile number and email address as contact details for at least one participant for each booking Confirmation of bookings and final numbers must be made at least 24 hours in advance of excursion departure time. Any one of the following shall be accepted as booking confirmation: • A minimum 20% deposit made 24hrs in advance via payment portal, payment ling payment or credit card payment or EFT Payment. • Cash payment at 85 Darnell Street Storms River by arrangement at info@tubenaxe.co.za • Crypto Currencies accepted by arrangement Walk-in bookings are welcome and are subject to availability MINIMUM NUMBERS All excursions require a minimum of four paying participants to proceed. Participants will be contacted the evening prior to the excursion should departure times need to be altered for whatever reason or cancelled ARRIVAL 15 min prior to starting time time TARIFFS: All quotations on tariffs are valid for 14 days. Prior notification of price changes will be communicated in advance where possible. Fixed quotations confirmed in writing will be honoured in the event of price changes. Blackwater Tubing is a registered VAT vendor and 15% VAT is therefore applicable to all prices. A compulsory park fee is included CONDITION OF PAYMENT: Upfront deposits will confirm all bookings. No booking can be confirmed without the required proof of payment, or credit card payment received. Tour Operators only: Vouchers acceptable. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice. Blackwater Tubing does not accept cheques ADDITIONAL EXTRAS: All extras not mentioned, are for own account and should be settled before departure. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. Blackwater Tubing reserves the right to cancel any activity in the interest of safety or in the case of uneconomical operations due to an insufficient number of participants 2. Cancellations by participant(s) / tour operator(s) / organizer(s) must be made at least 24 hours in advance of excursion departure time for for any refunds to apply Blackwater Tubing reserves the right to claim the full fee should the participant(s) / tour operator(s) / organizer(s) fail to cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the excursion departure time or fail to arrive. REFUND POLICY Clients/Operators will be refunded in full in the instance of 1. above. No payment will be refunded should any participant(s) / tour operator(s) / organiser(s) not complete the tour or fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of excursion departure time. Refunds will not be granted on experience expectations not having been met.

The Green Route forest experience entails 1.5 fun-filled hours of mild activity in exquisite Tsitsikamma scenery. It is therefore suitable for folks of various fitness levels and families with small children 6 years and up. Our access to the Storms River takes you on an exquisite journey through pristine forest. Please note: Tubing experiences vary according to changing river levels and weather conditions. So please call a day in advance for advice. Most (90%) of our trips are conducted on medium-low to low water and the trip entails pool paddling, bouldering and walking, tube jumps, swimming, and optional rock jumps up to 8m in height. (short pour over and shoot rapids are water level dependent)
