Booking and Duration: - All photoshoot sessions are one hour in duration unless otherwise specified. - Clients have the option to book multiple hours as per their preference. 2. Photographer Assignment: - A photographer from our team of four will be assigned to the client prior to their photoshoot. - Clients may request a specific photographer, subject to availability. 3. Special Requirements: - Clients are encouraged to communicate any special requirements or preferences before their scheduled photoshoot session. 4. Client Responsibility: - Clients participate in the photoshoot experience at their own risk and are fully responsable of their belongings and safety - Clients are responsible for obtaining their own private travel insurance for the duration of their travel to South Africa. 5. Photoshoot Experience: - Our photoshoots are conducted as walking experiences, allowing clients to explore and capture moments in various locations. 6. Delivery of Photos: - The online photo album will be made available within three days after the completion of the photoshoot session. 7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot session. - Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. 8. Usage Rights: - Clients are granted personal usage rights to the photographs captured during the photoshoot session. - Commercial usage rights may be subject to additional terms and fees. 9. Privacy Policy - The photographs can possibly be used on our social media platform to help our marketing. 10. Feedback and Reviews: - We welcome feedback from our clients to continuously improve our services. - Clients may be requested to provide reviews or testimonials, which may be used for promotional purposes with their consent. By booking our photography services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

You will be joining a group of other participants from different platforms we work with (Airbnb, Trip Advisor, Get your guide). No outfits change allowed. This is the best way to meet travellers and explore Bo-Kaap! I suggest you all to bring another outfit with you so we can cover a few different locations and style with variation! You can choose the location of the photoshoot. This option is the best if you wish a friend group and portraits photoshoot, family etc! You can choose the time of your photoshoot and the location!
