Segway Spier Wine Farm Tour

This one hour tour combines a beautiful glide through the farm, to the first block of vineyards, with some interesting facts about Spier’s Bio-dynamic farming techniques. This tour still provides magnificent views of the Stellenbosch Mountain Range and heaps of family fun. (Roads may change due to winter rains causing some flooding in wetland areas.) *STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION PRIOR TO TOUR (no refund or rescheduling will be provided if guests have been drinking) * No children under 10 years. * MAX WEIGHT 120kg * NOT suitable for pregnant women * Tour consist's of 30 min training followed by 30 - 40 min outride. * Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of tour.

What To Wear * Wear comfortable FLAT shoes (High heels will not be permitted.) * Comfortable clothing fitting to the season. * Please bring warm jacket due to added wind chill in winter months or on Sunset Tours. Things To Bring Optional/recommended items to bring: * Sun Cream * Water bottle * Camera * Sunglasses

Inclusions * Segway PT. * Guide * Everyone will be required to wear a helmet. (These helmets are sprayed daily with an anti-bacterial spray.) Exclusions * Transfers * Refreshments * Optional guide gratuities.

Terms & Conditions

No Children under 10 years Alcohol consumption prior or during the activity is strictly forbidden (NO REFUND OR RESCHEDULING IF GUESTS HAVE BEEN DRINKING ALCOHOL) We are unfortunately unable to take pregnant women on any of our tours. Not suitable for individuals with leg/arm/back (knee/ankle/hip/shoulder/hand/wrist) injuries. 30 min training is included. SA FAMILY SPECIAL requires presentation of RSA ID on arrival. Alternatively full rate will be charged.

Instructions

Cancellations within 2 weeks prior to tours will be charged at 50%. Cancellations within 2 days prior to tours will be charged at full price. NO SHOWS = NO REFUND Late arrivals will be treated as NO SHOWS (Segways are electric vehicles and need to charge in between given tour slots.) Guests over 120kg = NO REFUND Guests that have been drinking alcohol prior to tour = NO REFUND/NO RESCHEDULING Should we cancel due to harsh weather conditions you may reschedule or receive refund (vouchers will be rescheduled) A full refund will be granted should Segway Spier cancel any activity in the interest of safety. Admin fee of R30 for any refunds processed. SA FAMILY SPECIAL requires presentation of RSA ID on arrival. Alternatively full rate will be charged.
