RESERVATIONS Full payment is required upon making the reservation and prior to receiving confirmation. If full payment and proof thereof is not received, the reservation will be cancelled. All requests for amendments to a reservation are required in writing by fax or electronic mail at least seven (7) days prior to the first activity date. Amendments may be approved subject to availability at the sole discretion of Gametrackers Management. CANCELLATIONS A 100% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a no show by a guest on the activity date. In the event of an amendment not being received 7 days prior to the activity booked, the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of guests originally confirmed. We utilize the services of Airtrack Adventures (PTY) Ltd to conduct our Balloon Safaris. Airtrack Adventures (PTY) Ltd (Airtrackers) is a registered airline and all Balloons are registered as Commercial Aircraft. It is therefore recommended that travel insurance be taken out, to cover a guest in the event of having missed a flight, for whatsoever reason. Gametrackers and Airtrackers Management reserve the right to cancel any transfer or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, the lack of passengers or weather conditions. In the case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by Management. In the event of a cancellation by Management, a full refund will be given on the amount paid. INDEMNITY All guests are required to sign an indemnity form for all transfers and activities that they are participating in, prior to the departure of the activity. In the case of a guest refusing to sign the indemnity form, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity and will not receive any refund. The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years of age. Any unaccompanied minor (persons under 18 years of age) requires the indemnity to be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian prior to the activity. CHILDREN Children are classified as a passenger; therefore, on certain activities the full rate will apply to them. GENERAL Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice. All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction

This activity is extremely weather dependent and a minimum of 4 people are required to fly. It is advisable that guests book 2 or 3 consecutive mornings as a back up plan. Exact departure time will only be confirmed by the Gametrackers Tour Coordinator directly with guests, the evening before the flight between 17h30 and 18h00. For safety reasons, persons less than 1.2m tall are not permitted to fly. Guests are to be reasonably fit, as they are required to climb into a 1.2-metre high balloon basket and be able to crouch down on their haunches on landing.
