RESERVATIONS: All reservation requests will be confirmed in writing by electronic mail subject to availability of requested dates & times. GENERAL: No limited amount of passengers required for a trip. Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice. All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction. CANCELLATIONS: There will be no refunds in the event of a no-show by guest on the activity date. In the event of an amendment not received 7 days prior to activity booked the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of passengers originally confirmed. All changes and amendments must be in writing. Should we not receive any amendments in writing; the total confirmed pax will be charged. Management reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to, unfavourable weather conditions. In the event of a cancellation by WildX Management, a full refund will be given on the amount paid (or refunded to booking agent). INDEMNITY: All participants are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities they are participating in prior to departure of the activity. If a guest refuses to sign the indemnity form, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity. The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for minors under 16 years. Any unaccompanied child 16 or under requires the indemnity to be signed by a parent/legal guardian prior to the activity. CHILD POLICY: Children Rates apply to minors aged between 4 and 12 years old. For minors 12 years and older adult rates apply. Minimum age is 4 years old. Children between 4 and 9 years are passengers with parents. Children from the age of 10 years and up can ride their own Quad Bikes if they are capable. Adult supervision are required for kids of 12 years and younger. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the activity will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the activity will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the activity will be charged. Vouchers or Gift Voucher are not refundable. All refunds will incur a ZAR R175.00 handling charge if cancelled. Services are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the client will be refunded in full within 30 days. PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED Online Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard. Payment can also be made via Electronic Transfer. Credit card details will not be accepted over the phone.
