QUAD BIKING Please note: 13 Years and older are allowed to ride and pay full adult price. Children 12 and younger pay half price under the following conditions: Kids are allowed to drive their own quad bike if they have driven and can drive, steer and control the Quad Bike. In general 10-12 years old are okay on their own. Smaller kids that are not able to control the Quad will only be allowed as passenger with the adults. Kids control will be determined by our guides on site on arrival. BOOKING CONFIRMATION Please read carefully your booking confirmation details as well as time of arrival and location.

COMPANY CANCELLATION AND GENERAL POLICIES STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY * Cancellation 14 days or more prior to activity date = 10% fee charge and 90% refund for cancellation OR 100% reschedule allowed (100% activity credit) * Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to activity date = 25% fee charge and 75% refund * Cancellation 3-6 days prior to activity date = 50% refund * Cancellation 2 days (48 hours) prior to activity date OR late arrivals OR no show = full fee charge and no refund Activity Credit should be used within a 24 month period from the issue date unless stated otherwise. Please be advised that if an activity credit option is selected instead of a cancellation charge, no refunds will be issued. After the travel credit has been selected no further alterations can be made / no refunds will be issued should you make any changes again. All transaction / transfer fees and/or forex conversion costs charged by the banks during the refund process will be for your costs. GENERAL Please note that alcohol and drugs are not allowed on the premises and you will not be allowed to take part in any of our tours/activities if under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. If you arrive under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs you will not be allowed to partake in the activity and you will forfeit your booking and no refund is possible.
