"Discover Cape Town's Highlights with our Full-Day (6-8h) Guided Motorcycle Tour! The day begins at 8:30am our RETZA Cafe, where you will enjoy a welcome coffee before receiving your motorbike for the tour and meeting your tour guide for the day. After familiarising yourself with your bike and discussing the route and your points of interest with your guide, your adventure begins! You will start with a beautiful ride through the leafy Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, before arriving in the historical town of Muizenberg with stunning ocean views of False Bay. From there, you will ride along the coast through the charming fishing towns of Fishhoek, St. James and Kalk Bay. You will then pass through Simonstown, a South African Naval town, where you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Penguins at Boulders Beach. After this unique stop, you will continue your ride towards Cape Point, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet. Indulge in local South African cuisine during lunch before continuing up the world-famous scenic Chapmans Peak drive, which offers breathtaking views of Hout Bay and is definitely worth a few photos. The day ends with a beautiful cruise along Cape Town's coastline leading you through Camps Bay and the V&A Waterfront back to our our RETZA base in Salt River, where we will leave you with unforgettable memories of South Africa's beauty. Should you have already explored the Cape Peninsula on your own, we are happy to modify the route and offer you a full day experience either in the Franschhoek Wine Region, on the West coast or a multi-mountain pass route.

Motorcycle Helmet. Long pants, preferably jeans or motorcycle pants. A long-sleeve or zip jacket. While the motorcycle jackets will keep you cosy, having an extra layer of warmth is recommended especially if you plan to ride along coastal areas. Closed shoes like boots or high ankle shoes. Motorcycle Gloves (summer and winter).
Things To BringA buff or a scarf to protect your neck and face from the sun and wind while riding. In case of rain, we recommend you carry rain gear. Simple/regular rain gear (jacket & pants) suffices. A small backpack for your personal items. Sunglasses. Sunscreen. Camera.

All bikes are standard equipped with a pillion/passenger seat Full payment must be made on or before rental begin CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY >4 weeks prior to the activity: full refund 3-4 weeks: 50% refundable 1-2 weeks before the activity: 25% refundable Less than 1 week before the activity: non-refundable The tour itinerary is subject to change and modifications may be made depending on the weather and other circumstances outside of RETZAs control. Force Majeure: RETZA is not responsible for circumstances out of their control. RETZA will offer the activities if it is deemed safe. In case of severe weather changes that might negatively impact the tour or rental activity, RETZA will offer an alternate date to conduct the activity, or a refund. "
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete all the formalities All you need to bring is your valid motorcycle license and a big smile! We provide helmets & jackets, but feel free to bring your own gear! DAMAGES: the motorcycle is rented out as is, i.e. after a detailed check by the RETZA staff and the customer and the signage and approval of its condition. Any damages found upon its return will be considered new and are chargeable. Any issues encountered during the rental period must be immediately informed to RETZA who will advise on the next steps.
