Avoid wearing dresses, tight skirts, open shoes, or high heels as they may restrict movement or compromise your safety while cycling. Don't forget to bring along a sweater or windbreaker to prepare for changing weather conditions.

Guests Or SpectatorsThis tour is not based at one location and therefore guests cannot be accommodated at any specific point while you enjoy the tour. They are however more than welcome to join the tour at an additional price as advertised on this site.

All booking requests (either online bookings or bookings in person) are confirmed upon receipt of payment. When Bikes ‘n Wines receives your payment, an automated email will generated confirming your booking. Please contact us immediately should you not receive the confirmation email. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once your booking request is received, invoiced and full payment made, it is refundable as per the conditions below: (a) Less than 48hrs before scheduled tour = No refund (b) Less than 72hrs before scheduled tour = 50% refund (c) More than 72hrs before scheduled tour = 90% refund (d) Bikes ‘n Wines shall refund 95% of the tour fee for all tours cancelled dueto inclement weather* *This decision shall be made by solely by Bikes ‘n Wines on the day of the scheduled tour and communicated to you as soon as possible. Please refer to “Rainy Day Policy” below. Should you choose to cancel the day tour for any other reason, conditions (a) – (c) above will apply.
