Terms and Conditions Panthera Africa is a business in the activity industry Return and Refunds policy The provision of goods and services by Panthera Africa is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Panthera Africa go to every endeavour to rebook/reschedule the service. If that is not possible, it will be considered to refund the client soon as possible. Cancellation Policy If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Terms and Conditions Please arrive 15min prior to your visit. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Panthera Africa bank account, the details of which will be provided on request Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for Panthera Africa via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by Panthera Africa separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.
