Classic Sandboarding
Up to 2.5 hours duration
You meet us outside the Permit office in the Parking lot of the Witsands Aquifer Nature Reserve
We transport you in and out of the dunes with our customized 4×4 vehicles
safety & training and you walk up the dunes & sandboard down duration 2 hrs
Its a minimum of 3 people to make a booking or you can find groups to join on the calendar
For the fairly physically fit. Our friendly staff will assist you in training and perfectly wax your sandboard, all you need to do is walk up the dune and sandboard down.

Dress like you are going to the beach. Bring sunscreen, hat or cap, sunglasses, thick socks if you have and trainers, running shoes or sneakers. Try avoid shoes with little support like converse Allstars or pumps and if you have big feet avoid hiking boots please
Things To BringThere are no shops at the Dunes, only toilets Drinks – at least 1 litre per person, tip – freeze your water the night before (summer) Sunscreen Towel (to wipe off sand when leaving) Good comfortable shoes (to fit in snowboard bindings) running shoes or trainers are fine, try not to wear pumps or converse all stars. Thick long socks if you have, not too important Sunglasses

uBer , just search sandboarding cape town , takes just under 1 hour from the city of Cape Town

Pickup and drop off from any address in CT city bowl and 15km radius, contact us directly for outlying areas. Minimum booking of 4 or contact us to join a group Duration: 2.5 hours duration from start time to return to car park. Children can generally sandboard if they can walk
