General Terms and Conditions for Cape Canopy Tour o Please arrive 10-15min prior to your tour departure time, as tours will depart on time. o No refunds will be granted in the event of a missed tour o We run a limited number of tours a day with a limited number of guests in each tour, therefore, please note that we might not be able to accommodate additional guests arriving without a booking . o Should your group size change, please advise us 24hours prior to your tour time so that we may amend your booking and release the space to other guests wanting to book. Guests booked for but not arriving will be charged for as per our cancellation policy below. o Moms to be: we apologise – due to the bumpy ride, this tour is not for you while you are pregnant. o If you have any medical conditions, and are unsure, please contact your doctor before the time. o This is an adventure activity and a moderate level of fitness is therefore required. o We have a strict no drinking prior to the tour policy. We reserve the right to prevent guests suspected of alcohol consumption from joining the tour. Cancellation Policy o A 100% refund will be granted should the Client cancel or amend the booking more than 24 hours prior to tour start time. o Less than 24hours prior to tour start time: there are regrettably no refunds (or rescheduling) for missed tours / late arrivals / booking changes / cancelled tours. o We (the operator) reserve the right to cancel any activity in the interest of safety. In this instance, a full refund will be granted to the Client. Please note that the refund is only for the activity cost, and that no reimbursement will be provided for transfer, taxi, Uber or shuttle fare. o No refund will be granted should the client not complete the tour for any reason / miss the tour departure time o If you have booked through an agent or third party, please arrange any changes / cancellations / refunds through that third party. The cancellation policy for the third party will apply.

We reserve the right to prevent guests suspected of alcohol consumption from joining the tour. • The 4x4 drive through the reserve and the zipline excursion are a package and are thus not available separately • The private tour can accommodate from 1 to 8 guests. You will have a private 4×4 transfer and your own guides on the zipline tour • The maximum group size is 8 people (9 at a real push) per time slot. Due to logistics groups larger than 8 will run in concurrent timeslots (every half hour) of 8 people per time slot. • Where possible a video of your tour will be produced. These videos are automatically emailed to guests within 24hrs of the tour. Each video is personalized with some group shots and some personalized ones.
