1) Cancellations must be done in writing
2) If cancelled by the operator, a full refund will be issued or the activity will be rescheduled
3) Cancellations received withing 14 days will forfeit the full amount of the experience
4) Cancellations received between 15 and 18 days prior to the activity, will forfeit 50% of the full amount
5) Cancellations received 29 days or more will receive a full refund

3) Create an account and select PAY NOW
4) Proceed to the payment gateway and enter your payment details. Be sure not to leave this page until payment is complete or your booking and payment will fail
5) Bookings can be facilitated for larger groups and will be done with a 50% deposit. The balance will be payable 18 days prior to the activity
6) Please ensure you arrive at least 20 minutes before departure
