GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation 14 days prior to booking date = 10% Fee Charged and 90% Refund Cancellation 7-13 days prior to booking date = 25% Fee Charged and 75% Refund Cancellation 3-6 days prior to booking date = 50% Fee Charged and 50% Refund Cancellation later than this = 100% Fee Charged and NO Refund LATE ARRIVALS Please ensure you arrive on time for your booking. Plan your travel time and allow for unforseen traffic. Your ride is part of a group ride and we do expect you to be on time for your slot. Please note you need to arrive 15min prior to your booking time for admin, instructions, briefings and fitting of helmets. If you arrive late, you could end up forfeiting your booking and this means no reschedule or refund. RESCHEDULE We do however allow ONE free date change / reschedule if you give us enough notice time. At least 48 hours prior to your booking. Less than 48 hours notice then this is not possible. If you need to reschedule more than once than a rebooking fee of R250 per person will be applicable for this.
