All bookings shall be for a Target Archery or 3D Archery hosted and managed ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD All amounts due shall be as per the price inclusive of VAT and payable immediately upon receipt thereof by user. The completion of the booking form constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to use the services as provided by ARCHERY ADVENTURES ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD and to be obliged to make payment in respect thereof. All bookings and payments are valid only if processed through the website. Access to the ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD on the chosen day for the amount of people as reflected on the booking form will be permitted only with proof of booking through the website which shall take the form of printed receipt/proof of payment/printed booking confirmation sheet. Personal Information: Any personal information which is provided to ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD will not be disclosed to any third party unless ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD is required to do so in terms of the law. In the event that ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD institutes legal proceeding against the user, this user agrees to pay all legal costs, including ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD collection commission and tracing fees on the scale as between attorney and own client. In the event that the user fails to pay any amount due in terms hereof on the due date thereof, or commits or allows any other breach, ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD will, within seven days of the date of transmission of written demand, be entitled at its election and without prejudice to any claim in damages, whether direct, indirect, or inconsequential to terminate the agreement and/or seek specific performance and/or claim damages. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD bank account, the details of which will be provided on request Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for ARCHERY ADVENTURES by Chris (PTY) LTD via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway.
