INDEMNITY: All participants are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities they are participating in prior to departure of the activity. If a guest refuses to sign the indemnity form, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity. The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for minors under 16 years. Any unaccompanied child 16 or under requires the indemnity to be signed by a parent/legal guardian prior to the activity. CHILD POLICY: Children Rates apply to minors aged between 4 and 12 years old. For minors 12 years and older adult rates apply. Minimum age is 4 years old. Children between 4 and 9 years are passengers with parents. Children from the age of 10 years and up can ride their own Quad Bikes if they are capable. Adult supervision are required for kids of 12 years and younger.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the activity will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the activity will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the activity will be charged. Vouchers or Gift Voucher are not refundable. Services are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the client will be refunded in full
