The clients hereby indemnifies Pabala Game Farm and its employees against any claims arising from any injury, loss theft or damage suffered by them on the premises. Cancellations on confirmed bookings should be made in writing by the client. Cancellation fees are as follows: 14 days notice prior to trip 100% of booking total will be forfeited. Note that this does not apply to season or sporting event bookings. During these periods, no refunds will be considered for cancellations within 21 days of the booking.
