As such, the transaction will reflect as PayGenius: Areena Riverside Resort on your statement. PayGenius uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. You would book a specific time and cannot be late as we work by times. Kindly arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the office. · Please wear closed shoes and no skirts or dresses. · All activity participants must sign our indemnity form before participating in any adventure activity. · For children under the age of 18 the parents must sign on their behalf. · NO DRINKING AND DRIVING. Any person who has been drinking not be able to participate in any adventure activities. If you arrive under the influence of alcohol or banned substance you forfeit your booking and NO REFUND will be made. · Activities will be postponed due to bad or inclement weather for safety purposes. · Activities are all high risk activities and should be treated as such and done at own risk. I, the undersigned hereby: 1. Acknowledge that arising from the activities offered by Areena, including but not limited to: quad- biking, mountain biking,4x4 trails, sea kayaking, river canoeing, river cruiser, horse riding, abseiling, paintball, microlighting, kloofing, boating, fishing, game viewing, foofy slide, children’s playground, hiking, walking and various sporting activities, there is a real risk and danger of suffering bodily harm, ,injury , death and /or loss to property. 2. Acknowledge that, arising from the presence of wild and dangerous animals, reptiles, birds and insects present on and associated with game farms, there is a real risk and danger of suffering bodily harm, injury, death and/or loss to property. Such risk may arise as a result of an encounter with or the presence of such animals and/or reptiles and/or birds while present on the property at Areena, its surround and facilities. 3. Acknowledge that there are inherent dangers in using the sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool, river and jetties and declare that I enter Areena and its surrounds and partake of its facilities fully aware of the said dangers and risks. 4. Waive and abandon for myself and on behalf of my spouse, companions, children (whether minor or major) dependants or relatives and/or persons accompanying or visiting me all claims of whatever nature and however arising against Areena and its holding, subsidiary and associated companies, its servants, employees, directors, shareholders and any other person connected (whether directly or indirectly) with the operation of Areena and the facilities accommodated thereon. 5. Acknowledge that the waiver and abandonment relates to any claim arising from harm, injury, death or loss suffered whilst entering or exiting at Areena and its surrounds and whether arising from any act (negligent or otherwise),commission or omission on the part of those indemnified. 6. Warrant that I am authorized to give this waiver and indemnity. 7. Acknowledge that any emergency medical treatment arranged or paid for by Areena shall be in its Discretion and without prejudice to its rights and without any admission of liability on its part. 8. Acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and indemnity and fully understand the meaning and effect thereof and that I am bound thereby without limitation in time, extent of damages or cause of action. 9. N.B OUR QUADS ARE NOT INSURED FOR COMMERCIAL USE .IF YOU DAMAGE ANY QUAD BIKE YOU WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS.

· Required age of quad driver is 16 years or above dependent on ability. Please note that NO passengers are allowed on the 60min quad tour.
