RESERVATIONS Full payment is required upon making the reservation and prior to receiving confirmation. If full payment and proof thereof is not received, the reservation will be cancelled. All requests for amendments to a reservation are required in writing by fax or electronic mail at least seven (7) days prior to the first activity date. Amendments may be approved subject to availability at the sole discretion of Sun Eagle Adventures Management. CANCELLATIONS A 100% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a no show by a guest on the activity date. In the event of an amendment not being received 7 days prior to the activity booked, the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of guests originally confirmed. Sun Eagle Adventures Management reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, the lack of passengers or weather conditions. In the case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by Management. In the event of a cancellation by Management, a full refund will be given on the amount paid. CHILDREN Children are classified as a passenger, therefore, on certain activities the full rate will apply to them. GENERAL Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice. All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction. INDEMNITY All guests are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities that they are participating in, prior to the departure of the activity. In the case of a guest refusing to sign the indemnity form, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity and will not receive any refund. The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years of age. Any unaccompanied minor (person under 18 years of age) requires the indemnity to be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian prior to the activity.

Guests or spectators kindly be at the Sun Eagles Adventures desk, situated outside at the Reception Centre at Valley Lodge and Spa, 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The check-in link must be completed and the indemnity signed before you arrive for your activity. Service will added in future - (A video of your experience can be purchased at an additional cost). Unaccompanied minor (person under 18 years) - Parent/Legal guardian must sign the indemnity forms on the minors' behalf before departure. Children under 16 years old may not ride on their own and will need to be lifted by an adult. Children under 16 years old may not ride on their own and will need to be lifted by an adult. This would need to be booked as a separate booking under “lifting”. Children 6 years and under are not permitted to partake in the activity.
