ExclusionsAll items of a personal nature, beverages not included.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the activity will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the activity will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the activity will be charge.
Services are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the client will be refunded in full within 30 days.
INDEMNITY: All participants are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities they are participating in prior to departure of the activity. If a guest refuses to sign the indemnity form, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity. The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for minors under 16 years.
