In all of the above cases, Cancellation Notice will be given at least 24 hours before the planned service date, and a FULL REFUND will be processed. To ensure a seamless experience, please note the following essential points: This tour is exclusively a wine-tasting experience; we don’t accommodate celebration events like birthdays or bachelor/bachelorette parties. No fancy dress, costumes, or offensive clothing is permitted. Arrive 15 minutes early at the Ticket Office to collect your tickets. Missing your departure time may limit availability for other time slots. Check the itinerary and confirmation for estate closures. Book wine estate restaurants in advance, aligning with our timetable to avoid disappointment. No outside food or beverages are allowed on the wine estates. Unclaimed tickets on the day won’t be refunded; see our cancellation policy for details. Credit Card Payments: In the unlikely event of a technical issue with the bank’s processing system, resulting in a failed payment, our system will detect this on the day of your tour when you present your booking ID confirmation at our ticket office. We offer convenient and affordable transfers from Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, and surrounding areas, with pickup from your specified address.
