RESERVATIONS Full payment is required before trip departure. If payment and proof thereof is not received, the reservation will be cancelled. All changes to reservations are required in writing by e-mail at least 7 days prior to the activity date. Changes are subject to availability and payment will not be refunded only rescheduled if less than 7 days notice is given CANCELLATIONS Clients will not receive a refund in the event of a no show. We reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions. Guests must report for the activity unless notified by Sundays River Sandboarding. In the event of a cancellation by Sundays River Sandboarding, a full refund will be made. INDEMNITY All passengers are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities. The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years. Bank transfers or cash will only be accepted for direct bookings into the Sundays River Sandboarding bank account, the details of which will be provided on request Credit card acquiring and security Credit card transactions will be acquired for Sundays River Sandboarding via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.
