RESERVATIONS Full payment is required before trip departure. If payment and proof thereof is not received, the reservation will be canceled. All changes to reservations are required in writing by e-mail at least 7 days prior to the activity date. Changes are subject to availability and payment will not be refunded only rescheduled if less than 7 days notice is given CANCELLATIONS Clients will not receive a refund in the event of a no show. We reserves the right to cancel any activity due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions. Guests must report for the activity unless notified by Sundays River Sandboarding. In the event of a cancellation by Sundays River Sandboarding, a full refund will be made. INDEMNITY All passengers are required to sign an indemnity form for all activities. The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years. GENERAL Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions at will. All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction. SINGLE Guests An extra charge will be billed to guests if they are the only one for the day of R500 in cash.
