All surf lessons are weather dependent.
If the wind is to strong, waves to big or small, the instructor may postpone or cancel the lesson due to safety considerations.
If a client has any injury or medical condition that could effect their surfing ability they need to inform the instructor before hand.
All clients agree to follow the Stranded Operating Procedure and Safety Protocol of the Surf School.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations less than 12 Hrs before rental booking will receive no refund.
Cancellations from before 12 Hours and 7 days will receive a 50% refund.
A full refund will be done before 7 days excluding an admin fees.
If lessons are cancelled by the instructor, due to bad weather or surfing conditions, lesson will be re-scheduled at no extra cost or a full refund will be given.
