Gametrackers invites you to discover the awe-inspiring beauty and serenity of the Pilanesberg National Park. Embark on one of our 3 hour Scheduled Game Drives with a registered field guide who will convey extensive knowledge on the park and its inhabitants. These game drives will be conducted in 25-seater open vehicles with other guests. Pilanesberg National Park is Malaria free and accommodates virtually every mammal of Southern Africa including the "Big Five" (namely Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant & Buffalo)

ExclusionsBeverages are excluded from this service. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. Excludes day visitors entrance fees into Sun City and the Valley of the Waves. Excludes park fees. These are payable directly to the supplier
RESERVATIONS Full payment is required upon making the reservation and prior to receiving confirmation. All requests for amendments to a reservation are required in writing by fax or electronic mail at least seven (7) days prior to the first activity date. Amendments may be approved subject to availability at the sole discretion of Gametrackers Management. CANCELLATIONS A 100% cancellation fee will apply in the event of a no show by a guest on the activity date. In the event of an amendment not being received 7 days prior to the activity booked, the guest will still be responsible for the full cost for the total number of guests originally confirmed. Gametrackers Management reserves the right to cancel any transfer or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, the lack of passengers or weather conditions. In the case of a weather cancellation, weather conditions are judged exclusively by Management. In the event of a cancellation by Management, a full refund will be given on the amount paid. INDEMNITY All guests are required to sign an indemnity form for all transfers and activities that they are participating in, prior to the departure of the activity. In the case of a guest refusing to sign the indemnity form, the guest will not be able to partake in the activity and will not receive any refund. The indemnity form must be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian for children under 18 years of age. Any unaccompanied minor (person under 18 years of age) requires the indemnity to be signed by a Parent/Legal guardian prior to the activity. CHILDREN Children are classified as a passenger, therefore, on certain activities the full rate will apply to them. GENERAL Management reserves the right to amend/cancel/add terms & conditions without notice. All terms & conditions are subject to South African Law & Jurisdiction.
