Terms and Conditions Kayakers are requested to adhere to the regulations explained during the safety briefing prior to setting off. Under no circumstances may kayakers go into the Knysna Heads or surrounding area. Use of the kayaks is restricted to the Knysna Lagoon up to Leisure Island and Bollard Bay, and upriver to the White Bridge (N2). No shows by guests will forfeit full payment. Cancellation Policy Lapsed Bookings & Cancellations by Client or the Company: a) All cancellations must be done in writing. The below cancellation policy is applicable to all services booked through The Company. b) Cancellations by the Company: A full refund payment will be made within 15 working days of the cancellation. A refund is subject to deduction of cash deposit fees, if a cash deposit has been made. c) In the case of a lapsed provisional booking/ confirmed booking the client will forfeit all deposits made. Cancellation fees: 0 - 13 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total cost of services reserved 14 - 30 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total cost of services reserved 31 - 41 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total cost of services reserved All refunds (if granted) will incur a ZAR R 100.00 handling charge if cancelled for ANY reason whatsoever. Bank fees for credit card payments/bank transfers are strictly non-refundable.
